📌 Requirements
- Qualified Spanish architect licensed to practice in Spain
- Significant post-qualification experience
- Ability to lead projects from both design and technical perspectives
- Experience in project delivery and meeting deadlines
- Experience with Revit and BIM
- In-depth understanding of architectural design, technical implementation, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Knowledge of technical regulations, including the *Código Técnico de la Edificación* (CTE), planning requirements, and applicable European standards
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Desirable: experience in the UK construction industry, experience in the transport sector, and professional membership (COA or equivalent)
