🏛️ Description
Komplex is looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join our team in DIP 1, Dubai, working primarily on luxury residential and villa projects. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from concept development and detailed design through 3D visualization, client presentations, contractor coordination and on-site execution
📝 Tasks
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE interior design experience
- Strong experience in luxury residential and villa projects is highly preferred
- Strong design aesthetic, staging sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Ability to develop concepts, moodboards, detailed design drawings and technical documentation - Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in 3ds Max/ SketchUp and/or Revit
- Experience with V-Ray/ Corona and/or D5 Render
- Familiarity with Midjourney or AI-assisted design visualization is a plus
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Ability to handle site supervision and project execution
- Confident in client meetings, presentations and design discussions
- Ability to contribute to social media content and project presentation
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Immediately available candidates will be given preference
